Chhatra Bahadur Chhetri is the founder of Chhetri Insurance Services, now known as Chhetri Strategic Investments. He is an ex Indian Navy officer who served the armed forces for 24 years, participating in the 1965 and 1971 Indo-Pak Wars. After his retirement, he joined the Merchant Navy as a radio officer and traveled worldwide. He started his third career as an insurance advisor based in CBD Belapur. His philosophy of “service before self” has been the driving force behind the company's success.
